While
earning a Bachelor of Arts
degree in music, Brenda Leonard Cowart was the pianist for the UNLV
Jazz Ensemble and performed with some of the greatest jazz
musicians in the world including Marlena Shaw and late blues legend
Joe Williams. Brenda's ability to play and sing a wide variety of
music led to work with entertainer Susan Anton, as well as the
headlining Las Vegas show "Folies Bergere" and the ground-breaking
New York, New York show, "MADhattan."
